About the Event
In this class I will guide you through a half hour power flow session during the lunch break. Power flow is a mix between the Ashtanga yoga half primary series, Jivamukti style and Hatha postures, with the aim to wake up your inside fire through the dynamic cycles of sun salutation followed by yoga asanas. The practice aims at strengthening the muscles, aligning the spine and increasing flexibility.
We will focus particularly on our Ujjayi breath, also called „the ocean breath“, which is connecting the different postures together and at the same time it represents the link between body and mind. Be ready to sweat, relax and reconnect to yourself!
